How long the subfloor takes to dry is the first question after water damage. When can the new floor go in? I analyze the data from your drying job and give you a forecast with an honest range. Owners, adjusters, and flooring installers get a timeline they can plan around.
Subfloor drying time after water damage depends on many factors. Is it a concrete slab or wood? How thick is it, and what's underneath? Which equipment is running, and how dry is the air in the room? No rule of thumb fits every job.
Every drying job already produces data. Think psychrometric readings, dehumidifier logs, moisture meter readings, and slab RH probes. Analyzed over time, these numbers show if drying is on track or starting to stall. From that, I calculate a forecast and say how certain it is.

Upload what you already record through a secure link. That means logger data, equipment readings, moisture logs, and floor assembly details. No site visit needed.
I calculate how fast moisture has dropped so far and how the curve will likely flatten. I also check if room conditions and equipment still fit or if drying is slowing down.

Use the inquiry form to tell me which room it is and what bothers you. It takes two minutes.
If you already have a monitor, send me the export through a secure upload link. If not, I'll tell you which device is enough and where to put it.
Within one to two weeks, you get a short report: what's going on, why, and what to do first. No site visit needed.
No. Before flooring goes in, moisture still has to be tested on site to the flooring manufacturer's specs. The forecast helps you plan until then.
Restoration contractors, independent adjusters, consultants, and property managers. Anyone who needs a drying timeline backed by data.
Every drying job has uncertainty. An honest range beats a date that slips twice. I also tell you the most likely point within that range.
It depends on the number of rooms and data sets. You get a clear quote first.
